Cancellations

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for lost time.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate health information and follow pre-service instructions to ensure successful service delivery.

  • All patients must have a valid order form from a healthcare provider for phlebotomy services.

  • Patients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the appointment..
