Cancellations
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for lost time.
Refunds
Refunds are available for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate health information and follow pre-service instructions to ensure successful service delivery.
All patients must have a valid order form from a healthcare provider for phlebotomy services.
Patients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present during the appointment..
